For purchaser protection, if you decide to not pay the hospital directly, MMR will maintain the balance of your account in a North American bank. Should you have any apprehensions along the way and decide to discard your surgery plans, you will be re-credited the full amount of your surgery. Your only costs will be hotel and travel expenses.
